How relevant is your time plan?
When does work start and when does it stop? Not such an easy answer in our 24hr society. Constant emails, social media, phone calls and targets are all playing havoc with our sleep patterns and our time management.
How many of us plan our diary with less stressful things to do as well as the, “To Do list.”
Planning is the key to your stress management. A little stress is good; it motivates you, but be sure to plan a less stressful activity in to your diary on the same day, ensuring you get more form your working day by being more productive as you’re allowing yourself time to mentally recover and you’re not in a constant state of panic.
