Exercise is Fun and helps initiate change.

Exercise is not a punishment. It doesn’t need to be back breaking to do you good. Fresh air and a brisk walk is suffice. If you need change in your life then you need a change of environment. A place you can drop your every day baggage and off load. A place you can try something new to stimulate ideas in the creative side of your brain.
 
Here are some examples of when exercise will help you;
